I fight plagiarism by providing content for everyone online. I know students are going to copy each other's math homework, I'd rather have them copy mine rather than another student's wrong work. Now I demand the work and answers to be 100% correct.

I always tell my math students that, "Practice doesn't make perfect, only perfect practice makes perfect". That means you have to check your work and answer to make sure you're doing the problem correctly from beginning to end.
