If you have tummy fat ,a workout is not enough to get 6 ABs. You must start a diet to melt away the fat. Otherwise by doing exercise your abs will develop under the fat , but not visible due to the fatty layer on your belly.

Sugar is the culprit for that middle tire area. As you age you have more stress and that messes with your cortisol level and throws your metabolism out of wack. cutting back on sugar and carb intake will help settle things out, plus adding exercise!
