If you're on the computer as much as I am, then you may have an uneasy level of eye strain that's resulted from it. One way to ease your eye strain is by purchasing a LED monitor. LED backlighting tends to be easier on the eyes.

It is very important to take a five minute break from looking at a computer screen every thirty minutes or so! While you are using the computer try focusing on something else for a few seconds occasionally so that you exersize your eyes.
