Tip Sheet

it's rare to find shoes these days with good foot support, or adequate insoles. consider buying a set of insoles (eg. Dr. Scholl's) everytime you buy a new pair of shoes. Add insoles to all your existing shoes. Your feet (and back) will love you 4 it.

It is also important to buy shoes that are purpose built. For instance running shoes are actually made with support extremely different from shoes designed for walking. http://www.developgoodhabits.com/best-walking-shoes-women/
