Don't cut calories too low as it can have the reverse effect of what you want.You may actually stop losing weight if you're not eating enough.

If you eat too fast, why not eat with chop sticks? This way it makes you slow down and really enjoy whatever you're eating. Otherwise you eat too fast and often overeat.

If you stop eating rice and oily food,and eat as many chapatis you want and walk for at least 1hour daily you can lose around 300 to 500 grams daily. Drink lots of water

If you're finding it hard to give up your favorite foods, try to find reduced fat brands and items and who knows, you may find something that you like even better than the original.

A simple way to cut back on calories without much effort is to cut out drinking soda, fruit juices and "exercise" drinks, as they add unnecessary calories to your daily intake.

Eat until you are full not stuffed. Big difference between the two. Wait 15 minutes before going back for seconds to make sure you really are hungry. Drink water during this time.

Decrease your calorie intake. Increase your calorie usage. Don't go on any incredibly restrictive diets, though. You're only setting yourself up for failure. Everything in moderation.

Lose Weight by juicing and blending raw fruits and vegetables, at least twice a day, and consume lean meats only once week max. This is a healthy way to lose weight without starving!
