I had an uncle who retired very well off. So to keep himself busy he decided to take on part-time jobs just to see how certain things were made or done. He'd work a week here, a week there. Problem was, everyone wanted to hire him full-time!

At first take a little time to just relax. Most get board after a few weeks of that. Then its time to find something to keep you occupied. A part time job, start an online business, volunteer work, etc. Stay busy is the key or at least that works for me.

Whether you have just retired from a job or a business, like I have, what is the first thing you should do. First take a little time for yourself, do a few things that you have put off while you were to busy with your career or business. Clear your mind.

(1) Don't laze around for the rest of your life. You'll get bored out of your skull! (2) Take on a new challenge like affiliate marketing where you'll learn new skills and earn some money into the bargain. The Internet is a great place for retirees!
