Walking the dog. Not the yo-yo trick, your real dog. I walk w/mine every morning. Makes for a great start to my day. Subtle exercise, not overdone, losing lbs, toning muscle, more energy. I stay motivated, my dog makes sure of it, she likes to walk too.

The key to losing 100 lbs. permanantly is lifestyle change. Set realistic goals of 1 or 2 lba. per week and start exercising 30 minutes (walking is good) daily, watch your diet and with a year you could be there. Learn more onepoundago dot com
