Tip Sheet

Write it down every day. Anything that changes or falls off the list will help you get clearer about what is your true heart's desire. This actually works. It will help you attract what you want in life very effectively.

I used to laugh at yoga. Then I attended a class with my wife. I was suprised at how tough it was and how clear it left my mind at the end. I do it 1-2 times per week along with my excercise schedule.

Make a list of what you "want to do", what you "have to do", and what you "don't want to do" each day. It will give you clarity.

Write down what you DON'T want. Then write its opposite. The contrarian method shakes up your patterns and helps you see how to change your circumstances -- and figure out what you want more easily.

List your options, A, B, C, etc. Pretend-just to yourself-that you've decided upon option A, and see how thta feels for a day. Repeat with each option in turn. Then pick the option that felt best when you, "tried it for size".
