Never 'sell' a link in your blog. Always 'rent' it. If you are working on the blog then your Google PR will improve and you can put costs up. Further, if you 'sell' you have a commitment to run the blog forevermore, even if this is not profitable.

My suggestion is a minimum $10 per single keyword if your blog is 1 year old. If you rank high in Alexa and Major Search Engines - you can charge from $50 onwards. If you have no confidence, join a Link Ad Network and let them negotiate for you.
