Tip Sheet

Some sports therapists recommend using a jumper's knee strap. Strengthening exercies and massage should have helped the knee to heal. Surgery is an option as well.

I had a problem with my knee which happened in a sports accident. I was forbidden from lifting more than 15 lbs., but orthopedic massage and chiropractic cured it!

I have developed "jumper's knee" over the years and I've been carrying it around for about 5 years now without being able to heal it. Any suggestions?

I've never had surgery on my knees though it has been recommended that I do.Though I still get some aches and pains on occasion I have found that regular usage of osteoflex or a similar product does help to ease it and improve mobility with less pain.
