Health can depend a great deal on what and how you eat. Our fast food/processed foods regime is a slow acting disaster. Eat good wholesome foods, a balanced diet and go easy on sweets and alcohol. A good attitude toward life is indespensible as well.

Health deficiency is when your body is lacking the ability to be healthy at this time. If your body isn't healthy, there is a deficiency of health. Why not learn how to heal? Laughter and joy are great healers. Why not be happy?

happiness helps but is not the only thing that helps the body. you need to eat healthy, exercise and always strive to keep improving. now not doing any of these things will lead to health deficiency and worse case scenario early death.
