Tamales My wife is Mexican and this is when I tried Tamales. I never thought Masa, cornhusks and meat could taste sooo good... Don't eat the cornhusks lol..

Sushi is great until you get the bill. It's amazing to me that you can never get a sushi dinner for two under $40. Of course, the Saki probably has something to do with that. :-)

Sushi - it's healthy and delicious! Especially salmon, which contains the good kind of fat. Sushi often contains also veggies and rice, which is very good for you!

Hawaiian Food - laulau, kalua Imu pork, lomi salmon, ckicken long-rice, limu poke', raw crab, opihi and poi. Wash it all down with pine-apple 'swipe'. Then, surf all day! :)

Cuban Food! So many options but I'd start out with black beans, white rice, roast pork, and fried green plantains. Flan and a demistasse of Cuban cofee will complete this great meal.
