If you're finding it hard to exercise for long periods of time. Break it down to 2 smaller sessions instead. This way you've more energy to do 2 great sessions than 1 poor one.

Exercise helps promote strong and healthy bones. When you exercise you increase blood circulation and flow of nutrients to the bones, reducing the risk of fractures and osteoporosis.

Exercise helps to increase your pain tolerance, because it increases your endorphins levels. Which helps to alleviate pain, such as PMS symptoms and menstrual cramps.

Beware of having a bad fitness buddy, if you train with a negative person their negativity can rub off on you and destroy your motivation.

If you need to lose a lot of weight, doing crunches and sit ups for a flatter tummy isn't going to do it. Abdominal exercises are great for toning but don't burn that many calories.

If you've got a busy life and finding it hard to find the time to exercise. Try to organize the routine things like sorting out your next days clothes, etc the night before. Now when you get up early, you have some free time to go on a brisk walk.

Everybody has at least a half an hour of down time, so why not make it a productive half hour. Get in a quick workout. There are many thirty minute workout tapes on the market these days. Pop the tape or DVD in the player and get started.

Some people like walking while others like a more vigorous activity. Personally, I like lifting weights. Figure out what you like to do. Once you know what type of exercise would be fun for you, start finding the time to do it.

Many moms use the excuse of having children and therefore not having time to exercise. Why not involve them in your exercise routine? There are a variety of activities you can do as a family to keep you all in shape.

Just incorporate more activity in your day, such as walking to the shops instead of driving, and you'll be doing more exercise without realizing it
