All exercise is good. Use your muscles or let them turn to fat. Get mad at your fat and get to work turning your body back to muscle. More work gives your body more energy not less.

I agree! I have a recumbent inside exercise bicycle. They are especially helpful for older folks because they are easier to get on. I found them easier on my back, and butt too! Put on headphones and cycle to your favorite music!
