When you are depressed try to avoid turning to food. Not only is it unhealthy it usually increases depression when the sugar rush fades. Try listening to lively music, complete a task, take a walk or exercise

"Food is yummy take my worries away by letting me indulge in tantalizing sensation" True, but it will increase your weight and make you more vulnerable to emotional disturbance. Solution: Exercise, Music,Call a Friend or take a Shower.
