When comparing foods with sites like NutritionData remember the top panel only lists the "big 4" micro-nutrients, calcium, iron, vitamins C & A. Look further down the page to get the full vitamin/mineral picture. You can also use the USDA Food Search.

The big four micro-nutrients, calcium, iron, vitamins C and A, are the only ones required by FDA regulations to be listed on the nutrition facts panel of food labels. Others may be listed on some labels but only these are required.
