| Find a song that you have listened to that is upbeat and listen to it looking for something in the song you missed before. Or listen just to one instrument in detail.

| Listen to Subliminal Music. Most feelings of sadness can be attributed to some fear or phobia we all have. Find out what yours is & then listen to some subliminal messages which are embedded within the music. It only takes two weeks to cure yourself!!! Tip Credibility: 4 |
| If you feel bad try a brisk walk on a sunny day to a park or path to a water body. Carry some water and perhaps a radio for company. As you walk you'll absorb negative ions which will make you feel better and you'll benefit from the movement. Tip Credibility: 4 |
| We are all connected. We may feel sad because the person sitting next to us is sad. Silently wishing for them to be happy can uplift them and everyone else, including ourselves. Look for an opportunity to give to them. Anything, a friendly smile, a gift.. Tip Credibility: 3 |
| Look at the gentle way the breeze moves through the leaves of a tree. Stand with your back against a tree. Feel the uplifting energy. When you feel you have no friends, you may find the silent strength of the trees offer steady friendship when needed.
