If you find yourself caring for someone with Alzheimer's or other Mental Illness. Remember when they become abusive that this is not really the person you love but the disease in control.Reassure them everything is alright and the episode will soon pass

My grandmother has Alzheimer's and it has caused a family feud. Both myself, sisters and mother want her to have full time care, but unfortunately my uncle and aunt seem to be blind to my Nan's situation and won't go any further.
