Men might think they can lift a lot of weight in their first Les Mills' BodyPump class. Not so. BodyPump is more about endurance than total strength. Start out around 15 pounds and work your way up in future classes.

you start slow with a 15 pounds and gradually move up weight as you become stronger. you will start to feel the power and strength and feel pump
