The best way of boosting your metabolism is to have your meals at the same time every day so your cravings are reduced to a minimum. Cook extra meals at the weekend and freeze them so that you can microwave them during the week when you are under pressure

to wellness5, that is a whole lot of ridiculous advice. to stowaway, yes that's sort of correct, but not all fruits and veggies are made the same. for fiber and metabolism boost, think grapefruit, broccoli, almonds, apples, the sugar isnt as important.
