2. Wear loose clothes and eat light before-hand.
3. Recline your seat and stare at a fixed point.Breathe through your mouth and relax your body.
4. Try powdered ginger-capsules for motion sickness. Tip Credibility: 5 |
| Although this doesn't help with air sickness, chewing gum helps to stop the "popping" in your ears... of course, I have no ears, but that's beside the point! Tip Credibility: 4 |
