Tip Sheet

I like having a suspension seatpost to cut down on the impact my behind has with the seat when I go over a bump. I love full suspension bikes also because they are so much more comfortable.

Proper Seat height will be more comfortable and efficient on your bike. While pedaling the bike, your leg to get almost completely straight at the bottom of the pedal stroke. This transfers more weight to the pedals and off the seat.

You also want some weight on your handlebars. This will make the bike more controllable. If you position yourself so all your weight is off the handlebars your behind will get sore faster also.

With full leg extension on my bike I am able to ride longer because my rear end does not get sore so fast.
