1.Ask an early-bird friend to give you a call. 2.An answering services will do it for a fee. 3.Use an auto-timer that turns on all the lights/radio/TV etc. at a certain time. 4.Download a timer app onto your laptop.There are lots of these online.

1. Book a seat near the wing for less vibration. 2. Wear loose clothes and eat light before-hand. 3. Recline your seat and stare at a fixed point.Breathe through your mouth and relax your body. 4. Try powdered ginger-capsules for motion sickness.
